Each apartment has its own bath/shower room (further details below) and is heated throughout.
Whilst the nature of our building is such that full disabled access is not possible, we have taken every step we can to ensure that we are able to offer the very best facilities we can to all our guests. With this in mind, we would draw the attention of any who require improved disabled access to apartments 8 and, particularly, G. Terms and Conditions
A deposit of £80.00 is payable upon arranging a booking with us; the balance being payable 4 weeks prior to your visit.We are able to accommodate some pets but please do contact us to inquire before booking. A surcharge - typically £15 - will apply.
We will be able to take payment by credit card very soon. In the mean time, cheques should be made payable to 'Baptist Holiday Apartments'. Thank you.
Apartments are ready for your arrival from 2 pm on the day your stay begins and we ask that you the apartment be vacated by 10 am on the day of your departure. Please inform us if you expect to arrive after 5 pm.
Cots & highchairs are available on request
We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy throughout the building though guests are of course welcome to smoke outside as long as smoke is not allowed to drift into the building and it does not compromise the comfort of other guests. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
We are a Christian organisation and whilst we are open to all, we do ask that our guests help us to maintain our distinctive Character. Again, we appreciate this - thank you.
Due to the nature of the work here and how it was established (see 'About Us' for further details) we are pleased to be able to offer 25% discount to Accredited Baptist Ministers. We may also be able to offer a discounted rate based on the type/size of booking made and other circumstances. In either case, please contact us for further details and we will be happy to advise.
In the extremely unlikely event that we would need to cancel your stay with us prior to your visit due to any error or unforeseen problem on our part, you would of course receive a full refund of any monies paid to Baptist Holiday Apartments. This is our guarantee to you. Should you cancel your stay with us 8 weeks or more prior to your visit, your deposit will be refunded, subject to the reason for cancelling. Should you cancel 8 weeks or less prior to your stay, any deposit paid (normally £80 pw) becomes non-refundable and the refund of any other monies paid is at the discretion of the management, based upon the reason for the cancellation. We accept there may extenuating circumstances for cancelling your stay with us and as a Christian organisation we seek to show due fairness in such cases; both to you as our customer and to ourselves also. For this reason, we would consider each situation based on its own merit.
